I just want to make people aware that this system for taking your jewelry and precious gems and just giving you money without checking ownership first is unbelievable to say the least. I do not here them saying that proof of ownership has to be shown. I recieved a package of medications from Frank Tehada Veterans medical center in San Antonio, Texas. The package was torn in many places. There was one rip across the entire package from one end to the other. There were the discriptions of the meds in the package, as well as markings on the meds themselves stating how many were enclosed. Iam missing one inhaler, which is a months supply.
