I requested a free trial of Acai Berry Maimum. I was not aware that I had to return the free trial bottle in 15 days or my debit card would be charged. When I noticed the charge on my account and contacted the company. They refused to refund my money and they already had billed my account for a second bottle that had not even arrived. The Metlife dental plans are advertised as being concerned with the dental health of employees. This is not the case. The consulting dentists are paid handsomely to prevent payment for anything more than a vet would do for a horse. These unprofessional crooks sent us a product on a 14 day trial which was immediately returned to an address in Bedford at MK41 0QB. The same a few weeks later. Only sent 2 products, Acaiburn and another Cleansing product. Since last Auigust there have been unsolicited debits totalling £120.55 which thay refuse to refund saying that the terms and conditions (which we never saw) stated that the purchase of the 14 day free trial product entailed signing up to other things.
