To Whom It May Concern: Today, Jan 2, 2010, I called the pharmacy at approximately 11 AM to renew a prescription. The time of pick up was to be 2PM. I arrived at the pharmacy at 10 past 2. I finally got my credit card company to finalize my complaint against unauthorized charges by Dazzle Brite, which changes names every time they charge. They charge several times a month. It was ordered by someone in my household, then I, within 24 hours cancelled it. The Smile Brite ppl said "sure, no problem". Fraud!!! DO NOT use this website...we ordered a pair of boots on 12/12/09 and my card was charged 12/13/09 with the promise that the boots would be here in 5-7 days...well it's 1/2/10 and still no boots! this company lures people in with a 14 day trial and in the process signs them up for numerous subscription services. I returned the product and cancelled my service with this company but it does not cancel the subscriptions with the other companies, which happen to be shell companies all with the same addresses. I have been promised refunds with premium white and dazzle trays although I have not seeen them yet. I was unsuccessful in getting refunds from the shell companies. I was going to buy some cakes from this particular store at Toa Payoh Hub (Blk 500, Toa Payoh Lorong 6, #02-31). I politely called out to the two lady staff chatting happily behind the counter and ask for assistance but they simply ignored me. I was utterly shocked by their attitude. Fitness 2000 gym facility in Dublin California is digusting the womens shower room and bathroom area is never cleaned and I've told them several times to clean it and I even took pictures to show them so they would see. After several complaints and nothing being done to resolve the problem I decided to cancel my membership. Fitness 2000 continued to bill me after I cancelled my membership in writing. I went in the first week of December to buy more contacts and was told by the technician that the doctor said he wouldn't sell me any contacts since my exam was due at the end of January. I called back and spoke to someone else and was told that I should be able to buy them at whatever time I need them. They've lost a customer. Since I am interested in gatting more fiber for my daughter I recently purchased Kraft mac and cheese whole grain version. The price was 30 cents higher per box but hey it was the same box with whole grain so this worth it. When I cooked the box it seemed like there wasn't enough to feed everyone. It turns out that Kraft is using the same size box but puts less pasta in it. So you are no only paying extra for whole grain, you are paying for less pasta. I have been having my dress clothes cleaned at various locations for about 8 years now and haven't had any problems until now. I recently started using Merchant cleaners after moving to this part of town and have since lost two dress shirts in two weeks with tears in the left arm. They claim it's normal wear and tear from me leaning on the elbow but one of the shirts is only months old. It's ironic that both tears are in the left elbow since I am right handed and lean on my right elbow a lot more frequently than my left. I ordered the free trial of the Nuage Colon Cleansing product. Within 11 days of using the product, a letter was sent out to NewAge from me cancelling my subscription. Low and behold, they deducted over $89 from my bank account stating that they never received a letter and that letters cannot be used to cancel the subscription. In there terms and conditions they state the company must be contacted within 14 days. It does not say "contact by phone". I clicked on an add in AIM for a free trial of Dazzle White for shipping and handling. I ordered it and during the confirmation of the order they tried to get me to agree on the auto ship. I explained that I just wanted the free trial. The operator said OK! Since then I have found 3 un-authorized charges totaling $264!! I tried calling them but the number was disconnected.
