Submitted a 3 year old Barbour Winter coat for repair to them as the zipper became stuck and unusable. I certainly didn't expect a cheap repair, but nor did I expect a $70 repair with a 4-7 week quoted return time. 9 weeks later, I have no relief from the merchant, no offer to make good on the cost of the repair, no status on when I should even begin to expect the garment to be returned. I was asked by the Nutralogy to participate a risk free trial for their product named Altawhite on Nov. 14, 2009. Before I received their product, I found out my VISA was charged for $120 US. I ordered a pair of UGGS, when they arrived - from CHINA, they were obviously not authentic. Their website says they are 100% Authentic. I can return the boots for a refund, but I have to send them to China. When I contacted the company, they would not even sign a name to the email they sent.
