SCS Health and wellnesslab got us too! We tried a 30 day free trial. Cancelled it well within the 30 day window - by phone. Were charged S&H - OK. In the next credit card billing cycle, recieved today, there were over $330.00 in fraudulent charges and S&H for our "subscrition" for their weight loss products. I got sucked into a 15 day trial for Acai Berry Supreme & Supreme Acai Berry. I never received my product until the 15 day trial was over. I was charged 4 times. I too was ripped off by Luxory vendor.com. I ordered 2 pairs of boots through the Ugg website only to find out I was unknowingly transfered to a conterfeit website. I did receive 2 pairs of boots, but I feel they are counterfeit too. One pair was 2 differnt colors, the other pair has the UGG symbol on upside down. We bought policies from this company in July of 2006 thought the better of it and tried to cancel our policy the first time in June of 2007. Fortunecookiestore.com sold me 1, 000 fortune cookies, 20% were broken on delivery and they were extremely stale. I contacted them and they said they would reimburse me for the broken cookies which they never did. When a family member of mine was grieving over the death of a much-loved pet and talked with Dr. Bryant about it, she looked at my family member like they were crazy and told them that they must be possessed by demons or something because they were grieving over a dead pet. So my brother was offered a reimbursement for a skateboard he bought at this store, for which he needs a receipt. At time of purchase, a receipt was not given because the receipt machine was broken. Now, the owner does not want to give a receipt because he wants to receive the reimbursement himself, then give my brother a gift card to the store, therefore ensuring himself a double profit.
