From the quick response to an online estimate to the reminder call the day before and punctuality of the technician, on the day of service, the entire experience was excellent. Well my iPhone 5S was water damaged and it was dead for 2 days until I came here and let their technician work on my phone. I was worried I was going to lose my stuff on the phone forever since it was quite a while ago when I last backed up my phone. Now I am using my 5S to write this review. I'm truly grateful to these guys. I managed to break the screen of my brand new laptop and after much self flagellation, took it to MDofPC Doctor of Computers as I liked the phone demeanor of the person who initially took my call. They not only found a less expensive alternative but turned it around the same day!
