further to my complaint they just e mailed me stateing that the bill is correct and they stated that i paid an extra $40.00 for shipping this is a lie as i should have had free shipping also they have taken an extra £10 out of my account i really trusted these at cheap ugg uk .com instead of paying £94.76 in full they have charged me £147.16p they ripped me off by£52.40p and the worst thing is they only reply to one email and resend the same email to me on each one i clicked on to this site because there was no... read full review »

i purchased a pair of ugg boots from cheap ugg uk the 2 pairs should have only come to £94.76p but when i got my statement today they had taken £147.16p ive emailed them on several occasains but no reply as yet the girl that emailed me is called amy and did you know the adress is in uk but they send the boots from china im truley gutted and angry as searched the internet to find out if this company was fraudlent i checked this site but nothing come up i really dont know what to do apart from investigate these crooks my self i... read full review »
