I stayed at this all-inclusive resort alone because my boyfriend could not come due to his fathers health and his mothers state. His father was admitted to intensive care and diagnosed terminal days before our trip. His trip was fully paid for and not reimbursed. This company are swindlers! Both my husband and I have dealt with them separately on our recent trip to Mexico, but my experience was the worst. They are a so-called legal firm pretending to specialize in helping people who want to get out of a timeshare deal. However my own lawyers have checked the contract and sadly it is binding. My husband and I booked our hotel transfers through Cheaptickets which uses GrayLine as the local representative in Cancun. We did not find a rep. Holding a sign as we exited the airport. We hunted and hunted and had two other transfer company reps help us to find the Gray Line rep. After 25 minutes, we finally found the rep out in the parking area (not by the airport exit). We stayed at the Krystal International Vacation Club last week at the Puerto Vallarta resort, and had an OK experience at the resort. We spend much of our time at the beach in front of the resort, mostly because we didn't understand the bus system enough to venture far from the hotel. We visited Temptation Resort in Cancun. It started at the Airport watch out for people in uniform inside the airport trying to get you to purchase activity and sight-seeing packages. I ordered an engagement ring from the Cartier collection, I was told it would take 3 months for delivery. Three days before Christmas, they said the ring is no longer made and hasn't been made for more than a year. They said I could buy something else or they would refund my payment within 30 days. What a scam! Arriving in Mexico for the first time we were approached by a woman promising to get the best deal for a zip line. She proceeded to go through the offers available, when we had it all written up we proceeded to hand over our credit card. Booked and paid for a trip/tour for 2 people with Andale Mexico tours in lat e Sept early Oct 2010 for travel in Feb 2011. Vouchers for flights, hotels etc were sent to us via email from the company...and in November 2010 the company emailed us stating that they could no longer hold their contract with us due to legal troubles stated-owner to be possibly extridited to Poland.
