'psychic' spam
Re: Bethea Jenner: I signed up to her 'service' a few months ago and nothing she said rang true. I had just split up with my boyfriend of five years and was feeling low or I might not have been taken in. What a waste of money that was. Bethea Jenner sucks people in when they are feeling desperate. Either she believes she can see into the future in which case she's one delusional old biddy or she is ripping us off with the pretence. Look at her photo on her website - that's one fake smile for sure. And she is attempting to saturate the internet with her glowing testimonials too. More are added every day it seems, like a kid faking her own school report card.

Horoscope spam and 'magic' jewels
The email you people might want is this: fraud.alert@met.police.uk." This is not limited to those only living in the UK, for the reason that UK based perpetrators of this crime indiscriminately distribute their scam letters and emails to inbox addresses all over the world." It is essential that the entire email, including the header information, is emailed as an attachment to the above address.

Phoney psychic
Hi I'm new to this place. I received one of those mails from this character, which I find intrusive in the first place, so checked her out online. I notice she has a long history at Yahoo and has posted some stuff about herself there. She has written "Are all these Bethea Jenner testimonials and blogs real?" and then answered her own question including one answer by 'Sunshine' (what an inappropriate name to have picked) saying how touching the testimonials are. They seem to me to be touching for a different reason from the one she says. They are actually pathetic. They're just poor people being duped into thinking some woman in London who they've never met is going to make their lives better with some kind of magic. Make their life better by refunding their money. Your assistants don't answer the phone. I tried the number.

Bethea Jenner Customer Service
Dear Friends

I've been on this board for several weeks now, looking at all the complaints, posting my email address and customer service number in the U.S., AND emailing people who have complained.

Some people have got in touch with my customer service, and I have duly addressed their concerns. Thank you for that.

However, many people simply continue to post on this board without getting in touch with my customer service. This leads me to believe that they are not interested in having their problem taken care of. Perhaps they don't really have a problem at all, and simply want to exhibit their vindictive and mean personality.

It's a true saying that you cannot please everyone, and equally true that "you're damned if you, do and damned if you don't".

I have already posted hundreds of genuine comments from customers who have been helped by my services and products. But of course, the cynics here have said they are false testimonials. This is a lie and I urge readers of goodwill not to be taken in by the cynics.

I have posted my customer service details, email address bejenner@betheajenner.com and U.S. telephone number at which you can leave me a message - 203.825.3199. But only a handful of you have gotten in touch. And each week the posts about me on this board grow.

It doesn't matter to me if these posts are the work of 1 person or 10 persons. What matters is that I have given ample opportunity for your grievances to be addressed. I will refund purchases, re-ship purchases, cancel orders, what-have- you.

But I can only help people who contact my customer service.

Posting on these boards will not help you get a refund, although I am grateful to the few of you who have contacted me.

Once again, I can be reached via email at bejenner@betheajenner.com, or via the post at the address below.

If you wish to contact me via telephone in the U.S. Please call 203.825.3199, leave a message, and ask for my assistants.

Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.

Online scam
I subscribed to this service, thinking that they could offer me some information, but after I ordered this 'Horn of Plenty' pendant, and never received it, I began to wonder if this was really something of worth. I got taken once, but NEVER again. They are nothing more than cruel opportunities, who think that they can use some sort of secret power they pretend to have to take hard working peoples money.

Abuse of account
Ordered 1 only silver cross. Subsequently received 4 others not requested together with silver chains. Now noticed on Credit card account that I have been charged $31.90 per month since December 07 - total of $191.40 / £96.91. I feel stupid not to have noticed this before, but have now emailed Bethea Jenner and have closed/cancelled credit card. I feel sure I wont be getting the promised refund (although she did once replace a tarnished bracelet) so will keep the crosses and accept the charges with regret. But no more.

Psychic scam
I checked my online bank account last night and I noticed a charge on my account for $49.95. I did not order anything from this company. I ordered from them before, but I did not order anything from the yesterday. I am in dispute with this charge through the bank. This company has illegally tampered with my bank account. They are sos mart not to place a telephone number in the their sites. I emailed them immediately last night and I still have not heard from them. If anyone knows a telephone number to contact this company please post it. I would appreciate that...

Please don't be fooled by untruths
I am deeply disturbed that there should be people who have been paid to write such mean things about me, and I'm equally shocked that my personal details have been put on the Internet. All I want to do is to help people. It's obvious that my readings are not for everyone, but they have helped many, many people. I would like to address bitterness that people here have shown in these posts: please contact my customer service if you have any difficulties

For the record, I have many, many satisfied customers. And those who are not satisfied by my service or products can get their money refunded. All you have to do is call my customer service 203.825.3199. I've recorded a message, after which you can leave me a message with your details. You can also email me at bejenner@betheajenner.com.

I hope that those of you read this will not be taken in by the anger and bitterness of many of the posters here.

Fake Testimonails/Psychic scam
Bethea Jenner has proven our point by responding: these fake testimonials are posted by her, written in broken English to appear more convincing. It was obvious anyway that they were made up and added to the site by her and she has finally admitted that she has posted the ‘satisfied customer’ responses herself. There are thousands of complaints from people all over the internet, people who’ve had money illegally removed from their bank accounts by Bethea Jenner and Rochelle Gordon. This site is not lacking in balance. It reflects their activities accurately. Google the names and see the results! Many victims are complaining that they have had money removed from their bank accounts several times over for a single item, which often has not even been sent. People attempting to claim their money back have been unsuccessful and frustrated – see particularly the Rip Off Revenge site for instances of this. Fortunately, the net is closing on these con artists. There are a number of investigations taking place in the UK as well as the USA. If people are contacted with unsolicited mail again, they should inform the authorities via this site and we will take the matter up.
