I signed up for a year of personal training and when it was supposed to be done, I continued to be charged. I went in to find out why and was told I was signed up for automatic renewal. I immediately told them to cancel this and was told I would be charged $25.00 to do so. I thought this was ridiculous but paid it in order to be done with the $150.00 per month of services I was not going to use.
