I started Strayer in June 2010. It was very easy to get into admissions, I should have known that this was too good to be true. This college is TERRIBLE! I started out in the Las Vegas location when it was called "Las Vegas College". In the middle of my program, they moved the campus to Henderson, which was an additional 30 minutes one way to get there. They did not offer any compensation for the move. I had originally asked for an academic extension to finish the N.D. studies. They granted me an extension of time until May 2011. But they closed their doors in June or July or eveb August of 2010. When we called to make an appointment for an assessment, they asked for a credit card number. We had no papers, nothing in writing, we certainly never signed or agreed to anything with our quick phone call to make an appointment. We called back the next day to cancel and they told us that they "may have forgotten to mention" that the fee was not refundable. In November 13, 2007 I was attending AIU on campus Weston Florida. I got injured inside of an one out of four elevators they had. As a heart person was born with "WPW" they new my health condition, after the accident took place I was temporary blind for 48 hours. AIU never called 911. I was an argosy tampa student in the masters mental health counseling program. I had a gpa of 3.85 and was within one semester of graduation. I was removed from the program and my appeals were denied. My sue process rights were violated and I was unfairly treated by the program chair. Truth is 90% or more students are not in their chosen career field after spending thousands of dollars and hours of time at this school. Sirs, I was approached by the above club and duped by collecting Rs.15, 000/- on 27.10.2010 for a life membership as against Rs.7, 000/- offered to other members. They said the amount of Rs.15, 000 will be divided into 12 EMIs of Rs.1, 250/- (within 48 hours) which did not happen and my limit crossed and overlimit charges were debited to me.
