I was an argosy tampa student in the masters mental health counseling program. I had a gpa of 3.85 and was within one semester of graduation. I was removed from the program and my appeals were denied. My sue process rights were violated and I was unfairly treated by the program chair. The Dean and president reported they "wanted to help" but in the end "were unable to assist me." I have $100, 000 in student loans, all of my coursework completed and no degree. I am interested in a filing a lawsuit and am seeking an experienced attorney for help.
