I have ordered from this company for a few years now and had no problems. However, this year in April 2009 I ordered my son's grade 9 package. First, I recieved a call stating that they had sent me the wrong package and to refuse delivery and once it was returned to them they would send the correct one. Why should it cost over a million dollars to school 30 children? The Town of Swans Island, Maine has a school budget of over one million dollars. Only 30 or so children attend the school and less than a dozen attend high school in a neighboring town. Property taxes and other fees are at unexplained rates because the local officials claim they just know from experience what the sums should be, then when pressed the standard excuse mantra is "The school budget". Two weeks ago I was taken off a waiting list for a parking structure next to my residence hall. There are four floors to this parking structure, and I park on the first floor as it is the most convenient and there is a lot of foot traffic (which I believe discourages theft and vandalism). During 2009 beginning 12/26/08 I began accruing my 2010 time - as of now I have accrued almost 4 weeks. 15 of us Country-wide will be terminated on 12/18/09.
