The owner of this school is extremely rude and insulting. He thinks that he is the bees knees and has no regard for human life and is not compassionate towards students. He is so rude and arrogant that he tells you if you have a complaint that you should lay a charge with the South African police. If you are looking for a place to study as a person of colour Stephen Billingham's institution is not the correct place to go. I think that now that he is the head of the South African Chef's Association he believes that he is above the good Lord himself.
If you want to find your way in this industry DONOT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONOT consider this institution! He is trying to keep up with the polpular guy who has a show on T.V. he uses language like I am the most insulting bastard on this earth! Lets get to the bottom of this shit! Leave my premises immediately! I HOPE HIM AND HIS FAMILY BURNS IN HELL!
