For the past few years I have seen some unacceptable behavior from the hall monitors. There is one who likes to yell at everyone for no reason, even at people who are doing nothing. One time she yelled at a girl to go use another restroom and when the girl asked why the hall monitor said "Cause i said so!" Well In my opinion Regency is the WORST cosmetology school ever !!! I took an Interior Decorating course in 2009 at Overland Learning Centre. The first day had about 27 students. The instructor was very vague about what she was going to teach and didnt seem to know much, but I thought it was just an introduction so maybe she would be more concrete later. So I was told that this CDL training school was a good one. I was completely wrong!, When I went in to talk to the admission guy he was friendly enough and willing to help out. He stated that there would be carpooling when I started. He would connect students up with people in there area to help out with transportation.
