I was referred to this business by my university's website. I was led to believe that I had paid for a degree verification that would have an option for mailing a physical document to my home. Instead, I got a .pdf document that failed to include confirmation of my degree and only included the information that I am "not currently enrolled" at my university. When I contacted customer service within minutes of realizing that what I had paid for was not what was promised, they got back to me two days later and told me that I am not eligible for a refund. I have a huge problem with CEFI. There is nothing I can do with them. I have a similar story, however between my two kids who didn't go to post secondary institutes I have recieved a total of $3300.00 back although I put in a total of about a bit more than $8000.00. Do not recommend this school to anyone. Did not get 14, 000.00 worth of education. They passed people through who did not even show up to class. Went to take registered exam, didnt know anything on exam. This school ***!!! When teaching phlebotomy they only let us draw three times, and passed us, this is not even right. I signed up for classes in 2007. Within 3 days of me signing up for classes I found out that I was pregnant and very ill! I recently dropped out of ITT Technical College to attend college elsewhere because I was paying a lot of money to learn NOTHING. Because the school is such a rip-off, my financial aid didn't cover all of the tuition, and I had to get a loan from the school. Since last year they have opened the doors a lot wider and now...in years past the cubicles hardly ever had grafitti. My son has been in this academy for 3 years. This year a new staff was hired, the new teachers hired have no love towards the students. They're rude and mean towards the students.
