Yesterday I called them to ask why my log-in did not show any scheduled driving times and why the dates for my course were said to start in 2008, 2 years ago. The lady was rude and talked to me like she didn't care and just wanted to me to get off the phone. She also acted like I was stupid as if I didn't know how to use the website. It was my first time, of course I didn't know.
