I was under the impression that the whole deal was suppose to be free, then I was suppose to pay $2.71 to set up a grant kit. I am 100% service connected from wounds I received in Viet-Nam, I was totally unaware of the fact that the U.S. Government would pay all my school money while I was in school. I tried to cancel all of the kit that was giving to me by your company, but to know avail. My cancellation # is 7418201 which I received by phone. When I checked my account, I saw there was a $57.61 pending on my checking account. All I want is the $57.61 put back into my account as soon as possible. Let me remind you that I have a certificate telling me that I qualify for all government benefits, don't make this a long drawn out fight over a mere $57.61.
