Ivy Tech Community College
JacD51 January 15, 2010
Ivy tech community college is a 2-3 year robbery. You advisor (the person telling what classes you need to take to graduate) and the records departments are obviously working off of two very different pages. I was told by my advisor that I was ready to graduate and to complete an application for graduation. Having done this I proceeded to order invits and all only to find out the the COM 102 class the advisor was supposed to be COM 101. In the process I ended up losing all of my financial aid so going to Ivy Tech cost me $9, 000 in student... read full review »

Kindergolf Singapore AMK Hub
consistentcust January 14, 2010
My child was enrolled in a preschool level golf programme Kindergolf in Singapore (AMK Hub branch). In Dec, we were told by the school teacher that the franchiser had broken into the school and forcibly taken over the school (I did not know that this can happen in Singapore). As a result, the franchisee can no longer assess the school and continue lessons. On the same day of the "break-in" to the school, the Kindergolf owner and franchiser called me (and other parents). I was told that they could not confirm when lesons would... read full review »

dear sir, i am a part time lecturer in a renowned city collegeand i am a p.hd aspirant from calcutta university. i had submitted my synopsis to the relevant department, but since the new regulation turned up soon after, with retrospective effect, i was not granted the registration. however it has been 4 months since then, absolutely no information is being provided as to the date of the entrance exam, or even its structure or syllabus. this has led to a complete halt to my career progress path and am completely clueless as to how to advance... read full review »

PTP
IngH54 January 14, 2010
We have now received 2 letters from PTP. One stated that our son was nominated by a teacher to participate in a PTP trip. After investigating and emailing PTP I found out that no teacher actually nominated him at all. Now we get a letter saying our daughter is invited to go to Australia. We don't have a daughter! There was no name of this daughter mentioned in the letter or why they would think we have one. They obviously send out cold contact letters, get 50% of the genders correct, and hope that some bite and send their "exceptional" kids on expensive trips. read full review »

Educate And Celebrate
StevA21 January 14, 2010
This company sent in an analyst to give us a quote for their professional services. What they did was send two individuals who had all of the information the analyst compiled and proceeded to print several reports with the information that had nothing to do with the contract they wrote up. After I communicated my dissatisfaction the two became unprofessional and aggressive. I asked them to please leave. A few days later I received a bill for $6000. I ultimately had to hire an attorney to help me deal with the collection department. They are nothing but an expensive lesson! read full review »

Roger Williams Law School
CarK84 January 14, 2010
Roger Williams Law School, although accredited by the ABA, is a poor quality institution with an unprofessional staff and less than qualified faculty. The primary purpose of this institution is financial and not to educate future lawyers: once you are a student here, they provide very little cooperation and assistance to you. Speaking to past students, their experiences are on the whole incredibly negative. Professors seem unqualified to teach, school policies are convoluted and not evenly upheld, minority students are treated unfairly... read full review »

BEWARE: I enrolled in the medical transcription, coding, billing program. The price of the program is cost prohibitive, and very time consuming. This was not explained to me when I was talked into a $9, 000.00 program which they finance at an extremely high interest rate. I was not told, the majority of the people applying for this program are not working at all. While the recruiter was encouraging me to sign on the dotted line, and steadily asking me for the phone numbers of other victims. The work load in the program is very heavy, and... read full review »

Betty's Learning Academy
NicP74 January 13, 2010
This is by far the worst daycare to send your child to. It is unsanitary and there is not enough staff to take care of all of the children. This daycare is in violation of many state laws and the staff (and owner) are completely unqualified to take care of children or make responsible decisions. If you want your child to be unsupervised, called names, physically handled improperly, and uncared for, then I highly recommend sending them to Betty's Learning Academy. read full review »

Kennedy Western University/Warren National University
Taricia Pippert January 12, 2010
I received a bachelor's degree from KWU and continued my master's under WNU under the assumption that the university would be fully accredited and the degrees would be worth the price paid. While I worked very hard to complete all the necessary requirements (which I now realize were probably even more stringent than normal because they were under the accreditation guns!) my degrees are now not work the paper on which they are printed. The self satisfaction I had in improving my position is now completely shattered. This "university" was misleading and I feel as thought I have been mugged in broad daylight. read full review »

After studying for a while I noticed that diagrams didn't make any sense and did not match the question. Their whole 640-802 guide is full of mistakes. I did some searches online and found that many people have been having issue's with their products. Many questions don't make any sense and the wrong answers are found to be correct in their software. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and I have yet to receive any response. Testinside is a scam. I started JFKU in April, 2009, and by September 2009 I was released. I paid for two quarters, attended all classes, and completed all my assignments. Though it may not have been a fit for the Holistic Counceling Program, the director, Dorean Maller, and Jen Crane, my academic advisor, did nothing except insult me and lie to me. Instead of recommeding another program in JFKU, like holistic health, for instance, they just got rid of me. They were unethical, rude, nasty, and lied about what really happened. I apparently signed a contract for services not provided. They only give you 3 days to decide weather or not you like the program or your binded to the contract and have to pay the money. How can they expect you to pay for services not provided, and how can they compare your education to a gym membership. This "school" was a nightmare for our family. My child suffered emotional abuse in the 6-12 class by the "teacher" and physical abuse by the older boy students, including being severely punched in the stomach that required a doctor visit. The teacher must have a mental disorder because she even bragged to me how she was happy that she made my child cry over his work. This is not how Montessori is supposed to be. She has treated at least three other boys this way that I know of. This shows she has a very dangerous pattern. My... read full review »
