This company sent in an analyst to give us a quote for their professional services. What they did was send two individuals who had all of the information the analyst compiled and proceeded to print several reports with the information that had nothing to do with the contract they wrote up. After I communicated my dissatisfaction the two became unprofessional and aggressive. I asked them to please leave. A few days later I received a bill for $6000. I ultimately had to hire an attorney to help me deal with the collection department. They are nothing but an expensive lesson!
