I went to work there through a temp agency. The customer service group was treated like lepers. We had to remain at work regardless of weather conditions while everyone else, including HR went home early or worked from home, especially if they had no sitters. My experience with the Red School is a negative one. Once it gets the money from aspirant ADIs its initial enthusiasm and commitment is die down. It has partnered Barclays Bank in the UK which indirectly supports the school regardless of customers' satisfaction with Red School. My two daughters are studying in Somerville School, Greater Nodia. The school fee for both the wards were submitted within the given dates and through cheques. Only the development charges @ Rs. 250 per month was not included in the fees filled in the cheques. We attended a 3 day seminar for Peak Potentials and signed up for the seminar "Never Work Again" in June 2009. The seminar was in December 2009. We paid $458 on a credit card and they were supposed to charge our card once per month. They never did and when we inquired they said there was a problem. Receive calls at work from this company for a credit card account for which I have repeatedly asked for verification since I have no record of signing up for or receiving a credit card from them. The caller is rude and keeps calling even after being told to not call me at work. UEI does nothing but lie to there students. They promise you success in writing and verbally, but nothing is honored. I took the pharmacy technician course there in 2009 and graduated with high honors and still don't have a EI job. I took CPR training in june 2009 and still do not have my CPR card. Kaplan University Financial Office sucks, it makes you frustrated and you think its you but its them, I have had 4 FAO this term of obtaining my BA in Managment. They have told me that I have exhausted my funds for and that I owe them 6500.00 and the bad thing about it is that I was suppose to graduate June 2010. CIE (Cleveland Institute of Electronics) lures people into registering for their online courses at a $35 charge and once registered, they send you material for the first lesson but start billing for half of the course. The worst "cooking class" EVER. We barely cooked - i spent $250 for a valentines evening to learn to make a seafood meal however learned NOTHING since verything was prepared already when we got there. all food was chopped and and sauce ingredients mixed, all we needed to do was spice it or throw it in the oven. a total joke. This is a great school but financial aid is not. They approved and disbursed to me a loan. After the money was spent they demanded part of it back and said that I shouldn't have recieved it. Then they harass me for payment. It was turned over to a collection agency which then doubled the amount. I was going to pay it little by little but now I won't because of the extra fees charged. They should know what they are doing and what I am entitled to and what I am not. So beware if you get financial aide from this college. My child attends La Petite in SC now (not for long) and I constatly have problems with them. This week they had not fed my child for 9 hrs!! he is only 8 months old! They leave his bottles out for hours at a time and feed it to him. i saw a little girl chewing on the lid of the trash can they put dirty diapers in. the staff is rude. the only thing that has changed since ive been with them is the amount you have to pay.
