my daugther is in there care has been for about three years.she is not in any education has not been for years, there have meeting after meeting and do nothing, my daugther is at high rick and they do nothing .she will be 16 on 16 04 10, then i think they will wash there hands of her .i need some help please. sharon mcleary mum
