1. They promised me finacial aid eventhough I informed them I was already paying off default. Pressured me into the school without financial aid yet accepted. I have even offerd them to make payments whle I was attending school which thy did not accept because they would get fnancial aid for me.

2. when they could not get financial aid they terminated my education.

3. Then they proceded to harrass me for a full lump sum of over $5000. That I could not afford.

4. I am jobless so they threaten to sue me. They harrass my family for my where abouts. I have no assets as it is. What are they suing me for?

As for the education after passng my first term I have paid to take the certification exam inwhich I failed. The school was to prepare me for this exam. MOST OF WHAT WAS ON THE EXAM WAS NOT TAUGHT IN THE CLASSROOM.
