Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice since last more than six months we are facing problem in getting clear voice through the above lines. Neither we can hear the voice of the person who is talking to us nor is he able to hear us clearly.

You are requested to immediately look into the matter and solve this problem once and for all permanently within 3 days or else we will have to disconnect all the above numbers and look for other alternative.

Please treat this as most urgent.
