I am appalled at the contempt with witch PC tools treats their customers. After repeatedly receiving emails telling me to upgrade to the latest version of spyware doctor with antivirus, I did. With the result that it crashed my computer. I uninstalled it and contacted customer support who informed me that my operating system (Window s XP 64 bit) was not supported and that I could not get access to the old version.
