I called Pizza Hut in Tampa, FL on Busch Blvd to order a large pan veggie pizza. The worker that answered the phone was rude. When she said they were out of pan, I just said in a playful tone, awwwh man I don't like hand toss or thin crust. Her exact response was " Well there's nothing I can do about it". I was so shocked by her statement, I just ok no thanks. That was not good customer service at all, she could at least advised me to call another location.
