After weeks of waiting with no feedback from FNB with regards to my fraud case (whereby money was withdrawn from my account even though the card was in my possession), I call them for the 3rd time to be told that a letter has been sent by post informing me that they are NOT going to refund my money as I have been found liable because my cheque card requires a pin for withdrawals. WHAT? So if someone clones my card or puts some device by the ATM to get my details, I am the liable party? Wow, FNB, you have just lost a loyal client!!
