I went to a vodacom store in october 2010 to find a suitable contract with a nice handset. one of the reps there falsely sold me a vodacom business contract with 100mb free data per month. the handset was a sony ericsson vivaz, which according to him was a sony ericsson vivaz Pro. (compare the phones, theres a big difference) Upon receiving my first bill i was horrified to see that it amounted to over R400 as opposed to the R185 it should have been. the bill was due to data usage which i was meant to have received free.
