On the 30 of March I loaded a 500 MB data bundle onto my mtn sim card. I use some of this data and then the rest simply dissappeared. After calling mtn I was told that they were experiencing billing problems and that my sim card would be credited wit 398 MB of data...Till today I have not received anything. It is now the 17th of April. I have called on numerous occasions. I always get told that I will either rceive my data in 2 to 24 hours or that someone from MTN will contact me within that time.
