The Phone had been in use less than 3 weeks. It had not been dropped, liquid damaged, physically damaged, it had been performing perfectly up until this point. One day, for no apparent reason it said 'limited connectivity' and had no signal and we could no longer make calls. Suspecting software problems we sent it in for repairs. After waiting for 5 long weeks, we get it back, still in the same condition that we sent it in! The documentation indicated that it was liqud damage, and therefore uneconomical to repair.
