I have been a client of Vodacom for a good couple of years. Viewing my bank statements this week I had a unpleasant surprise of an additional R85 that was deducted! Now firstly how this happened is that I have missed a payment due to a cheque that cleared a bit later than anticipated, but I went and payed the following week as I did every now and then when this happened.
