I have complained to vodacom about my 3G card contract being upgraded without my knowledge after i had specifically called a few weeks earlier to cxl the contract. Now nobody has taken it upon themselves to try and help to resolve this after i reported that i was charged in march. This is fraud and Vodacom is not doing anything to protect us( the clients). The staff at the call centre also not HELPFUL. I want my refund for march and the contract cxld immediately.
