Sibonile, As per my previous communications regarding the call limit can not be due to a number of system nor Network problems. I know two people who has cellphone contracts with MTN and also have call limits on them and they have no problems with their limits, the phone is blocked as soon as its reached the call limit. If this was the case due to network or system errors their would have been lots of complaints regarding the call limit being in operation but fails to serve its purpose.
