After getting a call from vodacom direct, I was offered a airtime contract being that i'm a prepaid customer, basically I would get, R75 Airtime credit in turn for a R45 deduction. Two days later i get an sms saying R142 would be deducted from acc. Being that was not what was agreed upon, I returned the DO, & canceled everything. This has to be the worst experience, I have been sent from piller to post, nobody seems to know which department does the cancelations & as result its stil nt cancelled. Please cancel this acc!
