My problem has been ongoing since September 2009 and NOTHING has been resolved!!! EMMANUEL is supposed to be in charge of my complaint but he has resolved nothing and promised everything. The responses he posts on this web page mean absolutely nothing!!! During a telephone conversation with him he promised to (immediately) send me the e-mail which, according to him will clear everything up. It has been two weeks since that conversation and I have not received anything!!!. I also managed to track down his phone number but he does not answer... read full review »
