After lightning damage to my alarm system ADT send out a techincal team for the repairs and advised me prior to the repairs that the repairs is fully covered i.t.o. a policy that I have with them. After the repairs was done I asked them to return on two seperate ocassions to attend to specifics as the repairs were not completed.
