Bell Canada and more specifically Bell TV have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their representatives are abrupt, insensitive to my concerns and often not knowledgeable. My bill increases every year when I know that Bell does not require that much more profit. It has too much power, far too close to being a monopoly and other than good technical support, is a total failure at customer access to responsible and courteous customer service. read full review »
