After having been assured that the interest rate payable on my home loan would be the prime rate of 10% with no marginal variance, I was shocked to discover that no such change has been effected to the revised agreement, which agreement took over 3 weeks to send to the registering attorneys. This is absurd. My initial request was that I should qualify for the same interest rate for which I would have qualified had I not cancelled my previously approved home loan in February 2010.
