I urgently need to process a payment for express clearance TODAY. I loaded the new benificiery, but I could not find the Express Clearing option. I phoned the call centre for help. The agent told me I need to perform an initial payment before I could add express clearance. I did that, but it still would not work. Please, this is urgent, payment must appear TODAY.
