I exerienced damages to my property in after a storm in in the last quater of 2009.Followed the normal reporting procedure to register the claim but had no response.Followed up in December and was told contractors closed for December and if I could find someone to do the repairs.I was unable to source contractor to initiate repairs.The heavy wind and hailstones damaged the skylights and broke of the TV arial apart from other damages.I put a bucket to catch the rain that leaks from the damages.I now have carpets that are lifting and rising damp... read full review »
