I'm not one to complain, but this is one 'bridge' to far. I have always spent up to 5 minutes waiting at the hot food counter to get served and today was no different but this time there was someone behind the chicken rotisserie filling it with chicken. There is a glass font through which this person could see that there were two people waiting for her. There was no acknowledgement of our presence nor any movement on her part to assist her CUSTOMERS. Now i'm quite sure chicken would not go off in the time it takes to... read full review »
