Never solves the problem. The first time I just got hung up on after he could'nt fix the problem. The next time was told to go to several different places and put in certain codes or pin numbers but never said where to put the code or pin number. Was told to shut down computer then restart and I would be connected to them and if not then put in the website they gave and again another code which didn't work eaither. NO HELP AT ALL They have my phone # but never tried to call and fix it. read full review »
