I have requested vehicle finance to delay a debit order as I know it will not go off. The call centre agent then informed me that they need 7 working days to change this, in this day and age this is not acceptable. Then I asked if I can terminate my debit order and pay manually on a monthly basis, to this they have said it is not allowed. I dont understand this as does it really matter how the account gets paid, it is more important that it gets paid. I am sick and tired of having to pay R115 because of incompetence and unwillingness to assist, The motto moving forward should be changed to moving backwards. read full review »
