Charged for replacement of defective tire. During the rental of the Ford Explorer, the vehicle had a flat tire while sitting in a parking lot. Thrifty was contacted but they took no responsibility in the issue nor did they show any interest or display any apology what so ever. We changed the tire ourselves and put on the spare donut tire since we were returning the vehicle the next day.
