I Spoke to a Xhosa Lady who works at a call centre and I agreed that I will Deposit Money every month(errears R200) to your bank account and she can only debit the monthly instalment which is R161 only, but to my surprise R490 was debited from my account which was something we did not agree to. I am very disappointed about this and if this is attended to I will take action because i`m out of budget because of this I have other accounts that I need to pay even that R100 makes a difference, I have to eat, I need transport to go to work.
