Hello, I started using the Blackberry data plan a year & half back. It was an Unlimited data plan @ Rs1099/- per month. Sometime in August 2010 or so the plan rate was dropped from Rs1099/- to Rs 599/- per month. However, I continued to be charged Rs1099/- till Feb '11. When I called vodafone I was told I would get a call back in 1 hour. No call came for one week. Then I wrote to some email from vodafone where a lady called after 2-3 days.
