Send me an email saying i had ordered a product ( which I hadn't) and would be charged $2.95 shipping and postage In the email were a lot of phone numbers depending on which country you were in to call them but i always got a message bank saying they were closed and call during business hours which were between 8am and 5pm but there was never an answer at any of the times i rang.
