In early 2010 I booked and paid for a self drive holiday (flexi Drive) that was supposed to occur in Cuba in September. "Kristine?" was very helpful up until all the payment was received and then I never received any further correspondence in spite of trying to reach them. Somehow I came across an office based in PEI, but when I rang it the other person was very surprised that I had it and denied any knowledge of the sale.
