My family purchased roundtrip airfare from Dubai to Doha-we also pre-purchased a baggage allowance. On our return from g from Doha to Dubai we were told that the baggage allowance was only for one way and that we should have purchased another baggage allowance for the return. This was not obvious on the website when we pre-purchased plus no one explained this on the first leg of the trip. When we tried to get the service rep to have the supervisor speak to us, he refused, said there was no point, the supervisor was busy. What a scam...We will... read full review »
