First of all there are no tariffs for the various packages on the website. MTN used to have all the info. Without it one cannot make an intelligent choice or check if one is being billed correctly. I’m presuming that the tariffs have not changed. The last two calls I made on 8th May to Telkom numbers have been billed as if they were made to Vodacom. Namely 21% more. This really annoys me as it has happened before in the past. MTN do you think nobody notices?
