I missed a 1 month payment and asked Vodacom to pls give me time to pay and not to delete my line, but they did delete it, i then had to pay a ridiculous amount to get my lines up and running and account up to date. I was told that i was due for an upgrade end of July. Today i called to verify this and i was told that i am now on a rehab account and if i want to qualify for upgrades or anything else i need to pay more money to cancel the accounts and re apply with them.
